Job Description:
Position Summary
Key responsibilities may include developing a technology strategy and ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards and coordination of solutions across various constituent groups.
This role advocates and advances modern software development practices and evangelizes great design, engineering and organizational practices.
Job duties will include the following key responsibilities:

  • Sets maturity objectives and enables individuals/teams to with training & resources to achieve them
  • Sets and tracks quality and performance objectives
  • Reviews, assess, coordinate, and track risks (i.e. non-permitted technology, SIAI, RIAI, etc) across the portfolio
  • Liaison with COO Risk team(s)
  • Coordinate on-going migration and optimization to SDM and participation SDM Dev Ops Forum
  • Coordinate and track engagement with CTO across the portfolio
  • Sets maturity objectives and enables individuals/teams to with training & resources to achieve them
  • Builds relationships with business and technology executives across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
  • Partners with the Portfolio Delivery Executive, Product Managers, and works with Senior Leadership in defining the vision and creating the portfolio roadmap to align with strategic goals
  • Ensures risks and impediments raised to the portfolio level are resolved quickly
  • Tracks the strategic outcomes for the portfolio and ensures that execution is aligned to them by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
  • Responsible to provide status updates and reporting for the portfolio to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of excel and BAC project managements tools and capabilities
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines for multiple projects
  • Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes • Ability to coordinate and manage across various entities from LOB to Technology
  • Experience with Change and Project Management processes and practices
  • Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines • Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills
  • 7 years project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience
