SBCenter is an important and dynamic digital product that offers significant value for our airline partners and Boeing.Position Responsibilities:

• Leads the design, programming, testing, and implementation of web and computing applications
• Leads a team of developers to analyze end user processes to define application requirements
• Writes and compiles complex code based on documented design or designs application architecture that integrates application software and delivery subsystems for specific applications
• Modifies or upgrades complex applications to maintain functionality and performance
• Desires to learn and research new technologies
• Identifies and recommends product improvements
• Identifies and resolves complex programming or application architecture problems

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in a software development role
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership role on a team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with application integration and system architecture, utilizing standard IT life cycle methodologies and tools
• Software development in current front-end client side web technologies
• Proficiency with C#, JavaScript, Python, .NET core, Typescript, Elasticsearch, Angular, Adobe Analytics, Jenkins, Gitlab, Teradata and REST APIs
• Experience writing database queries in SQL Server
• Use of modern configuration management tools
• Knowledge of web server administration tools and applications
• Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience or relevant military experience (e.g. Master +1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
