Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Noblis MSD is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer (5 to 10 years experience) to support the design, development, and deployment of new technologies for U.S. Navy Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) programs. This is an exciting opportunity to support new and future Naval programs in the area of Control Systems software development and delivery, and IT/network infrastructure design. Duties may include the following:
- Utilizing modern technologies and approaches to support the development and delivery of mission critical systems and software.
- Support software development teams and the continuous delivery for shipboard systems.
- Develop continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Computer program development for systems' DevSecOps tools and infrastructure in accordance with the Navy's System Engineering Process (SEP).
- Provide network and design documentation support.
- Support management of large system log data sets and facilitate interoperability and integration of machinery control systems.
- Perform configuration management of all tasks.
- Provide support during the Information Assurance (IA) accreditation process.
- Provide systems integration support including documentation and development of new interfaces, reviewing technical information for impacts, designing human-machine interfaces (HMI), designing test tools, and testing software updates.
Potential Travel may be required at 5-10%

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience utilizing DevOps tools a plus. Tools may include, but not limited to: Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Prior experience supporting software teams is a plus; using Java, C++, and/or Python.
Required Experience
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (IT) related field.
Ten+ years of professional experience in software development, computer/networks design, systems engineering, and/or systems administration.
Active DoD Secret Clearance required
