Job Description
DevOps Engineer I will lead building functional systems that improve customer experience. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible in helping design, developing, deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and helping with integrations that meet our customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in building and support new deployment of products and infrastructure
Assist product updates/fixes for technical problems or software defects
Assist in finding ways to automate and improve development and release processes
Mentor software developers and software engineers to ensure development follows established processes
Work closely with various teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and workflows
Assist in developing and owning best practices/methodologies for provisioning, platform scaling, configuration management, monitoring to improve the organizations visibility how systems interact and perform
Participate in on-call escalation chain as wells as off-hour maintenances
Collaborate and take direction from Sr DevOps Engineer

Required Qualifications

Azure DevOps

Yaml Pipeline
Scripting skills for monitoring and automation
Passion to automate everything

A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions

Knowledge of algorithms and data structures

Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes

Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase

Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and customers

Ability to work with numbers

Proven record of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are critical to success

Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures
