This role will be part of UHG's Enterprise Information Security organization aligned to onboarding and securing UHG's mergers and acquisitions. The person in this role will be dedicated to providing guidance and oversight over our M&A security onboarding program, and more specifically responsible for the following activities.
Responsibilities

  • Resolve key security onboarding program issues, risks, and decisions for Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Refine program activities with clear completion criteria
  • Prepare and deliver security onboarding program overviews / kickoffs
  • Refine and maintain security onboarding program playbooks
  • Support the project management community & artifact catalog
  • Develop and maintain Security onboarding program marketing materials and develop and refine security onboarding PADU technology patterns


Required:

  • 7 or more years of IT or cybersecurity experience
  • Experience with developing and presenting on cybersecurity risk mitigation to senior leadership
  • Understanding of attack vectors, current threats, and security remediation strategies
  • Experience with working across IT, Security and LOB teams
  • Experience working with mergers and acquisitions - preferably at UHG
  • Cybersecurity industry certification (CISSP, CISA, CISM, HCISSP, HITRUST, etc.)


Assets:

  • Master's degree in healthcare, cybersecurity, or business administration

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
