What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test who is passionate about leading and implementing continuous test activities which lead to best-in-class software. You will join a dynamic and hypergrowth organization to design, build and implement test frameworks into our continuous integration and deployment pipeline. In addition, you will work closely with the development teams and Product Management to ensure new and existing features have the appropriate test automation coverage.

Responsibilities

• Build automation frameworks in JavaScript/Python with Cypress/Selenium/Postman/etc.
• Defines, plans and performs the end-to-end, integration, API, performance and load testing for our CNTIENT products
• Participates in feature analysis, design reviews and test readiness discussions in order to establish our automated and manual test methods and techniques
• Applies software development experience and knowledge to ensure test validity, integrity, quality and execution
• Develop and maintains test documentation including plans, procedures, reports, etc.
• Analyzes test results and discusses them with development teams and management

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven professional experience as an Automation Test Engineer
• Hands-on experience with automated integration and performance test tools (ex. Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, K6, etc.)
• Leadership ability to define and execute an automation test strategy from the ground up

• Understanding of the aerospace domain as well as JavaScript and Python is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work well in a cross functional development environment
• Extensive experience integrating automated tests with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field (ex. Computer science, engineering)
• US Citizenship required

Salary Range: $100K - $130K
