Job Objective:

The Sr Automation Developer is responsible for process automation across the enterprise to improve process efficiencies and increase employee productivity. The position works closely with business analysts and process owners to understand, document, and automate enterprise business processes by building and deploying bots and/or workflows. This role will identify automation opportunities, create detailed system documentation, and implement sustainable solutions leveraging RPA, AI, Process Mining, Document Merge and Workflows. This is a highly technical position and mentors other Developers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Core Duties:
  • Analyze, design, & develop solutions for complex business process utilizing UiPath RPA, Perceptive workflow & CCM content management
  • Collaborate with team members (internal & external), to design, develop and deliver solutions
  • Solve issues that arise in the day to day running of automated processes, providing timely responses and solutions
  • Monitor the automation environments to ensure that solutions run as planned
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other developers
  • Planning, Organizing, and Goal Setting
  • Planning and assessment of processes for achieving established targets, goals, and objectives
  • Prioritizing objectives and associated tasks
  • Develop systematic approach in carrying out assignments and coordinating multiple activities
  • Monitoring activities to determine whether they conform to planned action
  • Innovative strategies/strategic alternatives to deliver solutions that are in-line with industry best practices
  • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Developing and Managing Technology
  • Deploy solutions utilizing industry best practices, methodologies, and techniques
  • Proactively reviewing solutions after implementation and identifying enhancements
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems
  • Ensure standards for development and support
  • Understands server and appropriate configuration of development environments
  • Knowledge of the application architecture and frameworks
  • Ensure the application architecture stack is agile, integrated, reliable, scalable, and highly available
  • Performs software evaluations of new components and apply to application architecture
  • Test and install software updates to environments
  • Defining and Documenting
  • Design and write complex scripts
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop detailed specifications and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Create and maintain solutions' technical and other relevant documentation

Required Skills:

  • Technology Skills
  • 5+ years' experience analyzing processes and design automations using UiPath RPA and Workflow Automation
  • Experience with Databases (SQL)
  • Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning
  • Software Development and Support Skills
  • Advanced programing skills in XSL, JavaScript, VB.NET and C# languages
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
