Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Baton Rouge Client Innovation Center is working with clients in various industries on their digital transformation journey:

• To shape new demands through personalized experience, contents and innovation.
• To create and develop an environment that enables innovation and the rapid testing of ideas (fail fast, learn fast),
• To set up the tools, methods and approaches for the client to create a sustainable and cost-effective digital capability and deliver against an initial set of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

IBM Baton Rouge Client Innovation Center is working with clients in various industries on their digital transformation journey. Adobe AEM Forms Developer you should be able to perform the following tasks without any assistance:

• Analyze detailed delivery requirements
• Implement AEM Forms document services (Document services include: DDX, AEM Forms Document Services APIs)
• Generate test plans or other items such as user acceptance testing
• Identify gaps where custom work is required by cooperatively working with the business owner and the forms designer
• Package and deploy the solution into different environments

Successful candidates for these positions will work on-site at one of our IBM Client Innovation Center in Baton Rouge, LA. The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from one of our Baton Rouge center. Some travel is expected, and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel approximately 50% of the time. This is a traditional office position. You must live in, or be willing to relocate to LOUISIANA to within 30 days of starting with IBM.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 1+ year total CMS experience
• Minimum 1+ years' experience with CQ 5.x/AEM 6.x
• Minimum 2+ years' as a Java developer
• Understanding of HTML, JSP, JSTL/tag library, JavaScript/jQuery, and client libraries
• Understanding of HTTP and REST, XML, and JSON
• Understanding of JCR, sling, and OSGi

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• AEM Certification
