We leverage security and compliance domain expertise, troves of labeled data, and talented engineers to deliver resilient services that set the standard for the industry. Program Management as a Center of Excellence management . If selected to fill this role, you will leverage data in these systems to understand threats, incidents, and risks and apply the intelligence to implement remediate real time issues, make changes to security approaches, rules, and algorithms in the live systems, and make feature requests to new systems. - Drive Down Fraud and Compliance issues in critical customer and partner facing programs.
- Analyze Security, Compliance, and Fraud Data from Live Systems
- Recommend remediation actions and investigative referrals
- Revise live site security rules and settings to prevent additional issues
- Analyze ongoing performance of the rules and objectives
- Propose service changes and new features in order to ensure continuing excellence
- Participate in cross team projects and forums dedicated to improving 3rd Party Compliance at Microsoft.
- 5+ years experience in deep data analytics including
- 3+ years of security or compliance analytics or security operations
- Demonstrated understanding of data management processes and practices, and data quality control.
- Write, speak and read fluently in English
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Cyber Crime or related technical field or the equivalent 5+ years of relevant experience
- Must pass a security background check
- Experience with heuristic and ML analytical models and risk management methodology
- Knowledge of Microsoft commercial business programs and operations
- Knowledge of Microsoft compliance and security practices and processes.
