As a Secure Endpoints Architect I for Insight, you will enter a high-energy and tech savvy world. Your primary role will be as a Subject Mater Expert on diverse and challenging engagements at client sites. You will be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of Microsoft Active Directory and EndPoint Management solutions and related technologies.

As an Architect I you can expect to:• Learn: In this role knowledge is power. You will be expected to keep abreast of the software solutions offered by manufacturers and their direct competitors.
• Be solution focused: You will identify client needs and design a plan and proposal based on the needs. A strong ability to develop solutions based on discovery and needs will be needed for this position. • Be a team player: Assist in identifying potential opportunities and qualify these leads by preparing solution proposals.• Be a trusted advisor: You will develop and maintain expertise on the manufacturer's products, programs, competition and the industry. You'll also provide licensing and product reporting as well as support to Sales as needed to execute on contract management deliverables.

What we're looking for:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university• 5-10 years of relevant industry experience in an enterprise environment • Minimum of 3 years successful consulting experience is preferred• A customer service or support background is desired• Exceptional interpersonal skills and client focused • Must be effective working in teams or independently to accomplish objectives• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies• Travel potential of 2 weeks or more per month• Perform delivery tasks for assigned projects that could include design, implementation and documentation• Serve as the subject matter expert for below technologies• Experience designing and implementing below technologies• In depth understanding of what is required to deploy below technologies
• Industry certifications desired:
o Microsoft 365 Certified, MCSE, MCSA, MCP, MCTS or similar achievements
• Experience specifically around Active Directory (AD) on-premise including:

• Experience specifically around O365 and other Microsoft cloud services including:
o Office 365 ProPlus
o Audit Logging
o PowerBI Pro
o Microsoft Managed Desktop
• Experience specifically around System Center including:
o System Center Data Protection Manager
o System Center Operations Manager
o System Center Orchestrater
o System Center Service Manager
• Experience specifically around Windows 10 including:

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 + variable bonus
