This position is for a Salesforce.com Technical Lead who would be part of the client IT team. • The person should have around 10+ years of experience in Salesforce. Candidate should be able to lead a team of 5-6 developers.• Candidate should have very good understanding on the Force.com platform along with Sales/Community cloud. • Candidate should have very good command over customization involving LWC/Aura, Lightning UI, Apex and Visualforce programming. • Candidate should have very good understanding of Salesforce configuration. • Knowledge of integration is also required. • Candidate should have very good problem-solving, analyzing and designing abilities.• The person should have good communication skills and should have the capability to understand requirements and design the solution accordingly.
