Job Description

The Salesforce Trainer will be part of the Sales Operations Team and will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing and delivering hands-on training courses to different user types, on how best to use Salesforce
  • Developing and implementing individual training plans for the different user types
  • Conducting assessments 
  • Completing and maintaining training records and assessment documentation
  • Recording and reporting on attendance and progress 
  • Developing better training methods, measuring the effectiveness of the training
  • Staying up to date with Salesforce news and releases
  • Maintaining trainer's current training and qualifications

Qualifications

  • Salesforce certification
  • Extensive experience using Salesforce, typically as an administrator or developer
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce applications, including those for sales and marketing, and customer service
  • Quality presentation skills
  • Good writing skills
  • Professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion to help others learn
