Job Description
The Salesforce Trainer will be part of the Sales Operations Team and will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing and delivering hands-on training courses to different user types, on how best to use Salesforce
- Developing and implementing individual training plans for the different user types
- Conducting assessments
- Completing and maintaining training records and assessment documentation
- Recording and reporting on attendance and progress
- Developing better training methods, measuring the effectiveness of the training
- Staying up to date with Salesforce news and releases
- Maintaining trainer's current training and qualifications
Qualifications
- Salesforce certification
- Extensive experience using Salesforce, typically as an administrator or developer
- Knowledge of the Salesforce applications, including those for sales and marketing, and customer service
- Quality presentation skills
- Good writing skills
- Professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion to help others learn
