The product teams are key enablers of our success, immersing themselves in every aspect of the product development lifecycle - from strategy ideation to launch execution and everything in between.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with project management and business teams to guide feature delivery for the Dealer Door Management System
  • Be responsible for understanding the needs and functionalities required by the wireless sales operations teams to support retail dealer onboardings, offboardings, and maintenance
  • Develop successful Salesforce solutions driven by feature requirements
  • Be onboarded with an existing development team
  • Need to understand Salesforce platform software development, deployment pipelines for Salesforce in GitLab, Salesforce middleware implementations and pipelines, and integrations with key business partners
  • Work with other junior developers to support these systems and develop new features and capabilities
  • Production support activities and on call rotations will be shared amongst the team


Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform including Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc.
  • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions
  • Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality
  • Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, VisualForce and Lightning Components
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce VS Code
  • In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com
  • Should be comfortable working in Agile - user stories, features, story pointing, etc.

Salary Range
Compensation: $87,500.00/Year - $143,750.00/Year
