Job Description:
Position Summary
As a Solutions Architect, the candidate will hold end-to-end responsibilities for the analysis, design, build, test, and deployment of enterprise level solutions including the assessment of viable solution options and providing industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of Salesforce.com implementation experience, excellent communication skills, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and ability to handle multiple task assignments and work independently. Candidate will be working on a large, enterprise level Salesforce instance.
Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to translate business requirements to the functional capabilities of the application
  • Solid experience leading application solution design efforts
  • Extensive CRM experience is required
  • Advanced Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required
  • Experience with Salesforce analysis, objects, workflow and integrations is required
  • Experienced in integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce is preferred
  • Hands-on Visualforce and API experience is a preferred
  • Microsoft Office, Project, Visio experience is required
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Lightning are preferred
  • Experience with large enterprise development and release procedures is preferred
  • Experience in the financial services or similar industry is preferred
  • Scrum Master, Project management or team coordination experience is preferred
  • Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred
  • Experience with JIRA or other agile tools is preferred
