About the Role
GoodRx is in search of a Salesforce Solutions Architect to assist the Enterprise Business Solution team with designing, implementing and recommending best practices on our CRM Platforms. We are currently using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, & Salesforce Service Cloud. We are looking for someone with a unique combination of technical skills and strategic thinking who can transform complex analyses into solutions within our current ecosystem. An ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, independent problem solver who is excited to dive into the details, ask questions, make recommendations, and drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analysis, development, implementation and support of CRM technologies (Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service & CPQ Clouds) used at GoodRx
- Curate documentation to detail Salesforce systems accurately meet the defined requirements of the business
- Develop and run User Acceptance Training and end-user documentation
- Ensure that thorough testing is implemented, and solution is optimized for performance and scalability
- Attend regular planning meetings and daily stand-ups
- Lead projects from analysis to go-live with the ability to plan and coordinate with internal and external members from multiple teams
- Identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches
- Participate in technical design workshops with the wider Salesforce Team, IT Teams, and the business (where applicable)
- Ensure all technical documentation/records are kept up to date, following any system changes and new project implementations
- Collaborate closely with the IT business applications, data and engineering teams to solution technologies that interface with CRM systems
- Translate and communicate technical requirements and solutions back to the business using story-based narratives as well as presenting the strategy and recommendations to executives
- Follow GoodRx project planning methodologies and Agile development, for successful delivery of projects
- Review the legacy debt on our systems and API’s and design, present, and implement new solutions that are scalable, efficient for our business and cost effective
- Knowledge of new & upcoming features in the Salesforce ecosystem to provide recommendations for greater efficiencies
- Assess systems meet security requirements and are aligned to our corporate GoodRx policies and standards
- Ensure that are systems are kept safe, secure, and compliant
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Management Information Systems preferred
- Marketing Cloud for B2B & B2C: Journeys & Automation; Sales/Service Cloud Integration; Data Extensions / Querying & Filtering; Notification Preference Center (Opt-in/out); Cloud Pages; AmpScript, SSJS, HTML, CSS; Email, SMS & In-App Messaging; Managing Business Units; CDP Integration & Audience Builder
- Knowledge of Web Services for Marketing Cloud (SOAP and REST)
- End to end implementation experience with the SFDC platform
- Integration/Middleware tools such as Dataloader, Jitterbit and/or MuleSoft
- Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security
- Experience with Release Management and Deployment
Nice to Have:
- 4+ years in a solutions architect role
- Data visualization skills (Looker, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics etc.)
- Service Cloud / Sales Cloud / Marketing Cloud Experience
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Braze, Pardot and/or SFMC
- Basic knowledge of data modeling and SQL
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email marketing and building responsive templates
