Your Role and Responsibilities
The Public Service Sector consulting practice is a trusted advisor to federal, state and local governments, partnering to meet challenges and responding quickly to citizen demands, business needs, new economic conditions, and changing legislative priorities and policies.
The Salesforce Solution Architect will be primarily responsible for the solution architecture for the designated applications as they are migrated from legacy platforms into Salesforce. You will oversee the process and architecture redesign to align to common platform best practices with shared data and features. You'll also aligning application functionality to Salesforce native and configurable architecture and features.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3+ years of Salesforce application development experience
- Previous client facing professional services or consulting experience; experience managing a development team of 5+ resources on consulting projects
- Detail-oriented and able to handle conflict resolution and client education
- Must be able to produce detailed documentation
- Must be able to lead clients to gather business requirements and translate to solution
- Salesforce experience working in Service Cloud Lightning Communities Process Builder Workflows
- Templates Einstein Analytics Cloud Lightning Components and other Salesforce functionality
- Must have deep and wide knowledge experience and expertise on the Salesforce platform
