As a senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect in Credera's Technology practice, you will lead teams in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions as part of a larger technology landscape. Our projects range from configuring an existing SFMC platform to support our clients' evolving marketing strategies to spearheading full SFMC configuration and integration discovery, design, and development.


You will act as the primary architect and technical lead on projects to scope and estimate workstreams, architect and model technical solutions to meet business requirements, serve as a technical expert in client communications, and mentor junior project team members. On a typical day, you might expect to participate in design sessions, perform setup and configuration activities in an SFMC instance, design and build integrations and automations, and advise client marketing teams on Marketing Cloud best practices. You may also work closely with other members of the technology practice to design software supporting data integrations into and out of SFMC and coach junior resources. Additionally, you will seek out new business development opportunities at existing and new clients.

  • You have a minimum of 8-10 years of consulting experience or an industry equivalent

AREA SPECIFIC CRITERIA


Salesforce Marketing Cloud


  • Knowledge and experience designing and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments from end-to-end


  • Familiarity with data architecture design and analysis, data integration design and development, IP warming strategy, and multi-channel marketing orchestration within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform


  • Ability to recommend and implement appropriate solutions within SFMC based on client marketing automation needs


  • Must be comfortable both designing and implementing technical solutions within the platform, including the use of SSJS, AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs


  • Ability to design and build solutions within Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio


  • Knowledge of Einstein features, Advertising Studio, Social Studio, and Interaction Studio


  • Current Salesforce Certifications preferred: Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, and Marketing Cloud Consultant


Technology Leadership


  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams on SFMC-related engagements, including educating traditional technologists and MarTech Management Consultants on relevant SFMC capabilities to meet the needs of the client


  • Willingness to serve in both hands-on technical and strategic roles, as well as assist with expertise on scoping and pitching future engagements


  • All our senior leaders have business development responsibilities and they accomplish this by growing existing accounts as well as establishing net new business through their own network
