What You Will Do

• Responsible for coordinating and implementing Salesforce product enhancements and defect fixes based on requirements gathered from internal stakeholders to address their Salesforce related needs
• Perform object and relationship modeling
• Create custom fields of all types
• Create syntax for Workflow, Triggers and Validation
• Security modeling
• User management
• Reports and dashboards
• Salesforce development (Force.com, Apex, Visual Force)
• Mentor/Groom existing Salesforce team members

Skills and Experience Needed

Technical Skills:

• At least 5 years of Salesforce/Force.com platform experience
• Web Services development, or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData, etc.)
• Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications
• Extensive VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and SDLC
• Experience in an Agile development environment + onshore/offshore model
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
• Experience employing problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
• Proven client-facing skills including written, presentation and verbal communications skills

Desired Skills/Experience

• Active Salesforce Developer / Administrator certification (ADM-201, DEV 401/501)
• jQuery (or other leading JavaScript libraries) /.Net /Java development experience preferred
