About the position

Showpad is hiring a Salesforce Developer with Integrations experience to join our Revenue Operations team. You will be the primary Salesforce developer, responsible for enhancing and maintaining our existing code base and major integrations to internal and external applications. 

Key responsibilities as a Salesforce Developer at Showpad

  • Debug, Enhance, or create Apex code based solutions in Salesforce
  • Maintain and enhance our License Manager Integration to Salesforce 
  • Administer integration and data platforms (Such as Workato, FiveTran)
  • Maintain and enhance our Netsuite Integration to Salesforce
  • Monitor all integrations to Salesforce
  • Code and test to meet the designs of objects and data exchanges for interfacing with Salesforce
  • Hands on design, development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud solutions (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs)
  • Create and maintain all associated documentations such as process/service catalogue, data structures, mapping documents, data model and data flow diagrams
  • Perform design and code reviews, creating clear and concise comments in code to aid understanding by developers and assist in code deployment
  • Ensure that integration design, performance optimization and tuning best practices and standards are maintained and adheres to the SDLC principles for software development
  • Spearhead continuous improvement to create and improve automation initiatives 
  • Collaborate on key projects to determine business alignment, needs, and system requirements
  • Participate in solution brainstorming, research, decision making and testing


Skills and Qualifications we are looking for 

  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated, relevant Salesforce development and application integration experiences
  • Expert in Salesforce development with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning web components, Trigger and test methods
  • Experience with using modern IDEs (VSCode, other) and Source Control tools 
  • Experience writing and calling web services
  • Lightning experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and extended knowledge of those capabilities utilizing custom code and/or integration with other systems 
  • Knowledge about additional capabilities like CPQ, Quotes, Version controlled metadata release management etc is a plus 
  • Capability to work independently in a fast paced team environment
    Strong organizational skills - managing small projects or multiple tasks

Nice Extras

  • Platform Developer I or II certifications a plus
  • Experience with any of the following Enterprise Applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, FinancialForce)
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Demonstrated understanding of relational database design
