This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US. Several locations have been listed for marketing purposes only - there is only one position available.

Position summary:

This role will support the global roll-out of our Configure Price Quote (CPQ) system on the Salesforce (SFDC) platform, supporting the implementation of new features and functionalities in the new tool, handle customer requests and address customer problems by providing strong customer focus, applying analytical skills and being solution oriented. Get deep into technical aspects of our new CPQ system and help to further implement our requirements in the system, customize and modify the tool to meet our company needs and support our business processes.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Support the global roll-out of the SFDC CPQ system
  • Define further business needs and document business requirements
  • Design technical specifications, using standard methodologies and minimizing the need for custom coding
  • Configure and customize our Salesforce CPQ system to meet the internal customer requirements
  • Implement scalable code for the CPQ project if requirements can't be realized with SFDC standard features
  • Provide internal CRM consulting, analyze data and processes to improve the business process to driving growth
  • Automate processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Assignment Rules
  • Support the creation of test scenarios and do solution testing
  • Functional and technical CRM support as well as troubleshooting of issues
  • Project management and project documentation


We're looking for a hardworking professional with profound SFDC CPQ product and SFDC platform and system implementation experience. Someone who has a dedication to customer focus, is willed to take action and thrives in a global environment. This individual is a good communicator and teammate who understands business requirements and can translate them into technical solutions.

Education and/or Experience
  • BA or BS degree in a technically related field or equivalent technical work experience
  • 3+ years experience designing and developing effective and efficient technology solutions using the Salesforce platform
  • Experience in SFDC CPQ implementation
  • Experience as Salesforce administrator, consultant or developer having solid grasp of administration and configuration possibilities
  • Salesforce Development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.) experience is highly desired
  • Salesforce certification(s), specifically Salesforce CPQ Specialist a plus
  • Experience working with other associates in a global multi-functional team

The salary range for this role is $71k-$110kUSD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus, incentive pay.
