About the Job:

Herjavec Group & Fishtech Group Salesforce Business Analyst will lead the ongoing development of our salesforce.com deployment. Our ideal candidate will have a record of success in integrating systems and improving adoption of processes and necessary tools. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with X+ users
• Work cross functionally to evaluate needs and provide insight into process improvements and streamlined functionality
• Build and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, formulas, and triggers
• Develop customized dashboards and reporting for teams
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Administer and lead operations on third party integrations and new features
• Cross train team members on best practices and provide technical support and recommendations

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Incredibly logical and process-oriented mindset, project management skills are a plus
• Strategic and long-term vision
• Strong understanding of sales process and efficiencies (ideally in a tech or cyber-security industry)
• Curiosity about technology
• Ability to pivot between multiple projects and reacts positively to changes
• Experience with building efficient tech stack and integrating systems
• Demonstrated experience and proven success as a Salesforce.com administrator for 3 to 5 years
• Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
• Salesforce Administrator Certified
