About the Role:
As a Salesforce Application Lead within our Go-to-market Applications team, you will be a driver of CrowdStrike’s growth over the next year and beyond. Our team consists of Salesforce, integration, and backend developers. This allows us to design, build, and ship features to support sales and channel in pitching new products, expanding to new markets, and using new sales tactics. We are looking for an engineering leader to help us build the next level of sales and partner experience. As a Salesforce Application Lead you will:
Lead a team of remote developers, ranging across experience levels
Collaborate with the business and cross-functional IT peers (business analysts, integrations, PMO) to build the best sales and partner experiences
Work with our key business executives and end users to translate business requirements and create well-architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce capabilities
Establish operational objectives, work plans, delegate assignments across the team.
Grow a world-class team to ship capabilities and features
Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structure for assigned new projects
Review and support troubleshooting developers' code and tests
What You’ll Need:
12+ years of Salesforce development or equivalent experience on a cross-functional development team
2+ years of managing Salesforce developers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Security minded and strong working knowledge of vulnerabilities around SOQL, Apex, and other areas of the platform that can be leveraged by bad actors.
Fanatical focus on the seller and partner experience
