Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Duties including but not limited to develop LWC components, Apex coding, custom configuration, build workflows, flows, validation rules, triggers, approvals, Visualforce pages, advanced formulas, custom objects, reports, and dashboards
  • Responsible for designing and developing solutions on the companys Salesforce platform that will include configuration, development, integration, customization, and support of the enterprise Salesforce environment, including but not limited to: Service Cloud, Sales cloud and other developed apps
  • Design, build, and maintain reliable, efficient, and reusable code following best practices on salesforce platform
  • Provide technical expertise to the team and ownership of solutions implemented on Salesforce platform
  • Develop the best solution possible to business problems
  • Provides feasibility analysis of solutions
  • Helps with solution design of business requirements and works with software engineers and architects to prioritize business requirements


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce application development experience and platform maintenance.
  • Experience programming in APEX, Visualforce, Aura components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience in Salesforce declarative development tools (Validation Rules, Lightning Flows)
  • Experience with Salesforce developer toolkit including Force.com IDE, Migration tools, Data Loader, Workbench etc.
  • Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, jQuery and Java Script.
  • Good understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
  • Must be a self-starter, Salesforce enthusiast and willing to learn new technologies (MuleSoft)
  • Ability to clearly communicate with business stakeholders, users, and development team.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills in a technical environment.
  • Independently install, customize and integrate commercial software packages.
  • Facilitates root cause analysis of system issues.
  • May serve as the subject matter expert on development techniques. Creates system documentation/play book and participates as a reviewer and contributor in requirements, design and code reviews.
  • Provide ideas to improve system performance and impact availability and resolves complex technical design issues.
  • Interact with and present to product owners throughout the development process
  • Develop documentation of coding standards, training, and support
