This position will be based fully remote or can be based in one of our offices in Waltham, MA; New London, CT; Lake Worth, FL. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented full-time Certified Salesforce Administrator to help support and continuously improve the functionality of our current CRM applications. This position will report to the Sr. Director of CRM Services.

To be successful in this position, you must have a high desire to work with complex technology and data sets, maintain attention to detail, be able to focus on and follow projects through to completion and maintain supporting documentation for all procedures. In addition, you must possess the ability to approach discrepancies with a broad-based “problem-solving” attitude and a high degree of “customer service” skills, while maintaining an exemplary relationship with co-workers and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up new users in Salesforce and provide basic user training
  • Provide daily general support of user’s questions and requests
  • Manage many cases with varying degrees of complexity and competing priorities at the time.
  • Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce
  • Manage fields, page layouts and record types
  • Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization
  • Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards
  • Meet with stakeholders to understand and document new business requirements to improve process
  • Ensure data integrity
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years hands-on administrator experience building applications using standard Salesforce customizations & automation features
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce’s declarative capabilities, including workflows, validation rules, process builder and flows
  • Very experienced decommissioning Process Builders and building Flows *is a must
  • *Experience with Sales and Service Cloud Lightning Consoles is a *must*
  • Experience working on technology transformation projects
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience with Data Loader and/or DemandTools
  • Self-disciplined, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous tasks
