About the Position

Transformation team at Whispir is leading efficiency innovation within the business and operational excellence. We are responsible for digitalisation of business processes and operationalisation of product ensuring Whispir business processes are reimagined, automated and scalable to support our ambitious growth strategy. As the new addition to the Group Services Division, we are still formulating the team and building our ways of working and structure from ground up. We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a greenfields role, contributing to how the team operates, thrive in ambiguity and are determined to get the job done.

Role Purpose

Contribute to the efficiency innovation and success of Whispir by building an understanding and adoption of the new digital ways of doing business across the organisation. You are a proactive Salesforce Administrator driving continued improvement and utilisation of our Salesforce platform to optimise our employee experience, sales operations and improve our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to provide administrative support to monitor, maintain and enhance Whispir’s Salesforce platform. Collaborating with various business stakeholders, you will support exploration into larger scale implementation of Salesforce and coordinate adoption of the platform across all areas of the business.

You will be responsible for generating business requirements, user stories, and test cases to deploy necessary system changes, enhancements, and process improvements.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Engage with users at all levels to understand and document business requirements
  • Analyse business requirements and provide recommendations for their implementation
  • Lead the evaluation of options and capabilities when prioritising requirements
  • Produce high quality support documentation 
  • Support functional design showcases to communicate changes to wider organisation
  • Salesforce configuration changes, workflow, process builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Resolve user support tickets within SLAs
  • Access and user profile management
  • Integrations information architecture and and implementation of adjacent systems integration (Intercom, ChurnZero, Outreach, etc)
  • Sandbox maintenance including backup and restoration of data
  • Ensure our Salesforce processes adhered to Infosec compliance

About You

  • Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and associated product suite, as well as an understanding of Salesforce's sharing and security capability.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, developing flows and understanding of fundamental triggers and Apex code (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Chikpea).
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Community/Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Billing desirable.
  • Self-starter mentality with a track record of producing great work with minimal supervision and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse and break complex problems into manageable parts
  • Proactive can-do attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Familiar with fast-paced dynamic and changing environments, ability to adapt quickly and think of innovative solutions
