Current Need
We are searching for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team and focus on delivering quality software products and support in the Salesforce.com environment.
This role will be based near our Las Colinas/Irving, TX Headquarters.
Position Description
This role will work with Salesforce.com tools, product owners, and scrum teams to deliver value to the business teams. The Administrator will perform declarative software configuration, perform quality assurance testing on other software products, interact with business and technical teams, and document changes in the environment. In addition to that, this role will also serve as a point of contact for helpdesk teams which assists in troubleshooting, escalation, and problem solving. The administrator is an integral part of the scrum team environment and critical to value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce.com configuration, troubleshooting, and research
- Actively participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies
- Serve in an advisory capacity to helpdesk and business contacts
- Contribute to software release and DevOps environment
- Learning the Salesforce.com ecosystem
Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4 years of relevant experience.
Critical Skills
- 4 years of Salesforce (SFDC), CRM or Help Desk support experience
- Intermediate to expert level Microsoft Suite or other data tools
- Familiarity with configuring CRM systems
- Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards
- Demonstrated capacity with technical troubleshooting and ability to solve technical problems using a multitude of tools
Additional Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to communicate with technical and business teams
- Salesforce.com Administrator certification desired
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
