We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to take a new implementation of salesforce that is highly customized and well-integrated with multiple applications and services to the next level. The ideal candidate blends Salesforce savviness, relationship skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction. This job will be very hands-on salesforce administrative and development responsibilities and working collaboratively with end-users, stakeholders, and the engineering team.
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Worked as part of a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and power-users to tackle business challenges with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem of applications
- Partnered with stakeholders in the business to ensure that our tools are on the leading edge of innovation and are configured and maintained to meet our growing needs
- Built relationships with all levels of the business, from supporting front-line employees to planning with business leaders in marketing, customer success, and operations teams
- Driven platform adoption and championed training efforts for all usersBalanced day-to-day user support with leading longer-term projects
- Worked with 3rd party salesforce integrators in a collaborative environment
- Interpreted business requirements into designs, with a focus on scalable solutions and timeline commitments
- Responsible for ensuring all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls are adhered to in accordance with internal policies and industry best practices
- Managed licensing and user access controls and provisioning of various types of accounts
You may be a fit for out team if you have:
- 5+ years experience in a Salesforce administration or development
- Strong experience with Sales and Service clouds
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, or the new Lightning user experience a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- The drive to get things done and stay composed
It would be great if you had:
- Salesforce Certification(s)
- Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
- Performed integrations with 3r party APIs and installed applications from AppExchange
