Overview of the role:
We are expanding our Business Operations team with the addition of a Salesforce Administrator who is passionate about the impact Salesforce can have in scaling the operations of go-to-market (GTM) teams and scaling annual recurring revenue.
The ideal candidate is technology-focused and a good collaborator who has a working knowledge of operating models of software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies that are focused on annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth. This person will collaborate with Business Operations Leadership and GTM teams on a Salesforce Roadmap and will help establish scalable operational processes for GTM teams that use Salesforce and integrated systems. Experience working with and/or implementing Salesforce CPQ is a big plus because implementing Salesforce CPQ will be the first high visibility project for this role.
What awesome stuff you'll do:

  • Provide key input to and own management of a Salesforce Roadmap that will communicate the future vision of our Salesforce instance and integrated systems to Executive Leadership and GTM stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate updates to Salesforce to GTM teams and collect feedback from GTM teams on how to iterate our Salesforce instance and integrated systems
  • Work with Business Operations Leadership to optimize our deep GTM tech stack, if you love technology and tools this is the place for you
  • Look to simplify where possible, simpler is better and less is more
  • Broaden our GTM team's perception of what is possible with Salesforce, help take us from a Model T to a Tesla


What you'll need to be successful:

  • 2-4 years Salesforce Admin experience
  • Salesforce Admin certified, and additional certifications a plus
  • High-impact collaborator with good soft skills, comfortable performing trainings and/or demos for GTM teams
  • Experience working with and/or implementing Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience working with systems that integrate into Salesforce such as: Marketo, 6sense, Full Circle, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Chili Piper, ChurnZero, Zapier, JIRA, Pendo, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation such as: Workflows, Process Builder, Approvals
  • Experience consolidating Roles and Profiles in Salesforce
  • Data-driven and analytical with an understanding of how to optimize Salesforce data collection for analysis
  • Passion for working with high-growth teams
