Hawke Media is looking for a dynamic Salesforce Administrator/Product Owner to join the Hawke Nest! Our ideal candidate for this role is eager to learn, and able to work in an ever-changing environment that is fast-paced with room to innovate along the way. This role will manage onboarding and training processes for Hawke Media's Salesforce platform across the organization, as well as prioritize backlog items and work to maintain the overall health and function of Salesforce.
Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Salesforce and training material for Hawke's SF processes (videos, guides, etc.)
• Manage the SF onboarding process for new hires
• Manage permission sets, profiles, and license provisioning
• Field new feature, bug fix, and troubleshooting requests from employees; directing them to the appropriate resources
• Continuously work to improve the employee user experience within Salesforce, including building layouts and identifying areas for improvement with new features and integrations
• Assist in data imports, exports, and cleaning
• Assist in configuring integrations
• Assist in building workflows with Salesforce flow builder Skills

Skills

• Experience with Salesforce administration is preferred, but not required -- we will train this role
• Preferred experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in leading training sessions
• Experience with project management tools preferred (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.)
