We are looking for a Salesforce Admin who is curious, proactive, a great communicator and customer obsessed. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and is comfortable with change management, governance, connecting moving pieces as well as translating real-world observations into processes/systems. 
As an Ease Salesforce admin, you will be working closely with functional leaders, teams and subject matter experts within this cross-functional environment to support daily operations and strategic initiatives. 
Your day to day would include requirements and feedback gathering, designing, managing and implementing projects with scalable best-practice resolutions, monitoring Salesforce to identify business gaps and areas of improvement, SF support tickets, documentation, user management and training.

Responsibilities

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • User support tickets
  • Monitor and improve user adoption
  • New user and ongoing user training
  • Technical documentation
  • Working with third party applications

Qualifications and Background

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and 2+ years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales and Service Cloud
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator

Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
