About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator on our business integration team, you will be responsible for day to day oversight of Salesforce and related tools.  The primary expectation of someone in this role is the ability to understand business requirements and processes, and translate these into innovative solutions that are highly usable and scalable. The ideal candidate should also possess a natural curiosity and sharp analytical skills. Responsibilities include: configuring Salesforce.com to business requirements, providing best practice recommendations and implementing functionality for a range of internal project stakeholders. You will work closely with business leadership, internal stakeholders, project managers and users within a fast-growing sales environment to ensure core systems are built for scale and delivery of key insights.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hands-on configuration of  Salesforce.com and associated systems that support business requirements and processes
  • Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs
  • Data analysis and manipulation, both within and outside of Salesforce
  • Develop administrative runbooks for different scenarios
  • Ensure reporting is created and structured for our Senior Leadership Team
  • Testing configuration and code developed by others on your team
  • Following SDLC best practices, including design reviews, standardized deployment plans, and rollback plans
  • Evaluate business and technical requirements, and communicate inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce.com Administration
  • Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator Certification (preferred)
  • Strong communication, problem solving and collaboration skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with any of the following tools is a nice to have: DemandTools, Hubpot, DocuSign, Atlassian's Confluence and JIRA
