Position Summary:

In this role, you will own all administrative elements of Druva's Salesforce platform, including creative solutioning for business needs, testing, support, and ongoing enhancements. Our ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of SFDC best practices with a keen sense of delivering top-notch user experiences and adoption. Responsibilities:

  • Own administration of Salesforce platform and build solutions based on industry best practices
  • Perform application configuration and customization of CRM systems (designing custom objects, developing workflows, etc.), including testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency
  • Design and document technical solutions that solve project requirements
  • Develop and maintain systems process documentation and consider compliance in all business process analysis and redesign activities
  • Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as required
  • Ensure consistency of CRM usage conventions, compliance with best practices, and integrity of data
  • Follow new releases, patches, and system updates of CRM systems
  • Drive user adoption of CRM systems to ensure compliance and success of the tool
  • Maintain security user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
  • Perform data imports, fulfill ad hoc data requests, data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts
  • Successfully create and maintain documentation on business processes, use and flow, and training materials
  • Ability to design, code, test, debug, package and deploy quality, scalable and well documented solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Review code for future enhancements
  • Ability to develop integrations between Salesforce and other applications and systems

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Computer Science
  • 6+ years of experience working in Salesforce.com, specifically 4+ years as an administrator in Salesforce Sales and CPQ clouds
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing processes; in-depth knowledge of CRM strategy
  • Motivated self-starter, detail-oriented and enthusiastic; able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills, technical acumen, excellent communications skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas
  • Professional, reliable, driven and results-oriented
  • Ability to continuously innovate and drive process improvement
  • Able to develop strong interpersonal relationships among cross-functional groups and throughout various levels of management
  • Must be nimble and able to adapt to evolving project definitions and requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with change and release management
