The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator who’ll lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com environment, which is

-Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment

-Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks

-Maintain consistency in Salesforce best practices across all regional salesforce instances

-Hands on experience in performing complex data loads

-Participate in the change management process

-Drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders

-Evaluating complex business and technical requirements, communicating inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners

-Assist in training of users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization

You will have….

-A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

-Must have Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification

-Over 3 Years’ Experience supporting and developing Salesforce platform solutions

-Knowledge of Visualforce, Process Builders, SOQL, and Declarative scripts

-Good to have Apex knowledge

-Knowledge of Release Upgrades, Updates, and Service Pack change implementation

-Knowledge of Salesforce monitoring tools to assess ongoing health, storage utilization, license utilization, etc...

-Extensive experience using Dataloader, Workbench
