Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a versatile Salesforce Administrator to be responsible for building and maintaining our SFDC instance.
What You’ll Own:
- Support day to day Sales transactions and troubleshooting
- Configure and support the Salesforce system to create efficiency within our Buyers Journey
- Continually improve TigerConnect’s Salesforce instance and other internal systems
- Design, document, build, test, deploy, and maintain enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, workflows, reports and complex dashboards
- Provide functional support for existing and future business processes on Salesforce.com, and other integrated platforms that support our sales and operations organization
- Contribute and provide direction to all technical aspects of the sales, service, and experience processes implemented within Salesforce, including Accounts, Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, etc.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Communicate with cross-functional teams regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
- Provide support and quick resolution of internal customer requests
- Working directly with our Marketing and Sales Organization
What You’ve Accomplished:
- Salesforce Administrator or App Builder Certification
- Working experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, or other enterprise related software experience
- Knowledge of SaaS business processes (Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Product)
- Salesforce.com administrative experience and insight into Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds and supporting components (Knowledge, Chatter, etc)
- Some experience working with custom page layouts and VisualForce pages
- A desire to create and enhance business processes focused around the NetSuite and Salesforce platforms
- Proven track record of researching and analyzing complex business and operational issues and delivering scalable solutions
- Training or Work experience in an Agile development team
What You Bring to the Table:
- Fluency in English
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration
- Must be detail-oriented, with strong abilities to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Aptitude for solving business processes and problems by using core Salesforce.com functionality, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, profiles, sandboxes, and AppExchange applications
