Salesforce Administrator
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team at Reibus! You will be responsible for our Salesforce implementation and will help define and drive the Salesforce vision, roadmap, and architecture to enable our sales, customer success, and marketing teams to reach and exceed our company goals.
Our Salesforce implementation will be critical in helping to support key business objectives and a quickly growing team. You will have the opportunity to lay the foundation and architect a scalable Salesforce platform that will support our growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage: Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Upgrade and configure: Salesforce systems for optimized integration and performance
- Import: Sales & marketing department leads, contacts, and other data
- Maintain: The sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards
- Performing: Database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
- Evaluate and install: New Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
- Document processes: Including error reports and changes to field history tables
- Prepare: Reports and dashboards for entire organization
- Support: Users through ticketing system
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification, Additional Certificates are appreciated
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
- Salesforce Lightning Development Experience is a huge plus
