About the Role
NinjaOne is looking for an Salesforce Admin with collaborative, cross-functional approach to maintain our systems, processes, data, and insights across our Revenue team (sales, marketing, billing, and customer success). Reporting directly to the Sr. Sales Operations Manager, the Sr. Salesforce Admin will not only be responsible for driving performance improvements across the organization but building the foundation for it to scale.
The Salesforce Admin will perform administrative duties to support our current sales technology stack, build and own new scalable processes, and support broader organization projects. As the Salesforce Admin, you should be organized, efficient, and comfortable working cross-functionally with various management levels, in a fast-paced organization. You should have experience in Salesforce administration, supporting other sales/marketing focused software/tools, and possess strong analytics skills.
Location - Fully Remote but must be in Texas, Florida, Georgia or North Carolina
What You'll be Doing
- Support and manage the sales and marketing technology ecosystem/stack
- Proactively monitor and maintain the quality and accuracy of our Salesforce data, and enforce process consistency
- Manage the implementation of new tools and ensure stakeholders are sufficiently trained and enabled to use new and existing tools
- Create scalable processes and optimize existing processes that ensure best practices in lead capture, lead distribution, campaign management, data enrichment, and sales outreach.
- Manage the integration and technical aspects of key systems (marketing automation, CRM, sales enablement tools etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads and pipeline
- Measure and provide insights on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize team performance across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Create and manage dashboards and reports that allow teams to effectively measure KPIs
About You
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- 1-2 years of Salesforce administration experience (ADM 201 Certification preferred);
- Experience in sales operations, marketing automation, or business operations preferred
- Self-starter and scrappy - you know what needs to be done and you take initiative
- Strong analytical skills (your go-to tool is Excel)
- Proficiency in marketing automation systems (like Pardot or Marketo) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
- Experience working with sales email tools like SalesLoft or Outreach
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a passion to improve processes
