What You’ll Do
- Deliver technical pre-sales activities and to drive post-sales Customer Adoption.
- Develop RFP responses, scope platform integration and extension SOWs, deliver demos, POCs/POVs, and provide technical assistance with provisioning and configuration activities.
- Build Veritone platform integrations and extensions in some cases and for developing specifications for outsourced development for more complex development initiatives.
- Provide hands-on assistance with provisioning and configuration activities to strategic customers as needed.
- Provide training/knowledge transfer to customers on the best practices of usage and configuration.
- Provide project leadership for the customers to drive adoption of Veritone in their organization.
- Design and develop innovative solutions to integrate Veritone in their environment and make it a part of their day-to-day operations
- Help document Build deep technical expertise on the platform and integrated solutions and use those skills to address customer issues as needed
- Scope, build and test Veritone platform extensions and integrations
- Manage and drive competing requests across simultaneous client engagements.
- Provide clear and constructive product feedback to the Veritone product management team based on customer requirements.
What You'll Need
- B.S. in Computer Science or Computer Programming is required
- Extensive hands on development with J2EE, .Net or Node.JS
- 8+ years of experience working on distributed enterprise software products
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure, startup environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven customer-facing skills
- Strong project management skills
Bonus Points If
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant or sales engineer
- Extensive hands on development with J2EE, .Net or Node.JS
