What You'll Get to Do:

The CDM program is a dynamic approach to fortifying the cybersecurity of government networks and systems. CDM provides federal departments and agencies with capabilities and tools that identify cybersecurity risks on an ongoing basis, prioritize these risks based upon potential impacts, and enable cybersecurity personnel to mitigate the most significant problems first. CACI supports the CDM Program by procuring, installing, and operating various cyber security capabilities for eleven federal agencies in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments.

CACI has an exciting opportunity for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) - SailPoint Developer with subject matter expertise in Privilege Access Management (PAM) tools.

Work on a project as an IAM management engineer, including identifying the right mix of tools and techniques to translate a client's needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions.

  • Work on a project as an identity and privilege access management developer and engineer, including identifying the right mix of tools and techniques to translate a client's needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions.
  • Apply expertise to perform discovery and analysis, architecture design, solution design, plan solution implementations, unit tests, and consult with customers to apply best practices to mature SailPoint and PAM capabilities.
  • Perform installation and configuration of required SailPoint platform components, including integration components.
  • Develop applications and methods for SailPoint data integration, acquisition, and aggregation required to support CDM requirements from various authoritative data sources including HR systems
  • Support upgrades of SailPoint in all environments (dev, state, test, production), maintain integration methods and APIs, including maintenance, patch identification, and publication, related modules, develop SOPs and documentation.

  • Work closely with project teams and Engineering Manager to prioritize daily tasks
  • Continuously improve customers' security deployments, develop innovative enhancements, and integrate new technologies and services
  • Participate in technical meetings with stakeholders and customers' technical specialists
  • Support CDM service delivery and mission objectives to achieve CDM data requirements
  • You will apply your knowledge of SailPoint development to improve capabilities and develop best practice guidance to achieve acceptable quality limits (AQL) and raise the maturity levels to support CDM requirements



You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entrance on Duty (EOD) authorization clearance in order to start.
  • Experience developer using J2EE, Java, BeanShell, Python, XML, JDBC/ODBC, APIs including SCIM, PowerShell and Unix shell scripting, build, and deployment processes
  • Experience developing SailPoint applications, configuration, and customizations to meet SOW scope and IAM design including aggregating, correlating, extract, transform and load (ETL), custom forms, workflows, and custom reports.
  • Experience with designing SailPoint architecture and configuration to meet SOW scope and IAM requirements, developing functional designs and business logic.
  • Experience with database design, schema development, and structured query language (SQL) including stored procedure development
  • Ability to consult, support, and mentor client stakeholders for all upgrades, deployments, and production operations
  • Ability to author and maintain SailPoint IAM Architecture and Design, Configuration, Deployment, and Run Book documents and respective iterations
  • Experience with Apache Tomcat, Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and Active Directory (AD), Windows PowerShell, Windows credential stores, Microsoft Certificate Authority
  • Practical experience with PKI solutions, including SSL, key-stores, and encryption methods, SSO
  • Practical experience with AD Federation Services (ADFS), Single Sign-on (SSO).
  • Practical "field" experience with installing, configuring, and testing PAM solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related technical experience with a minimum of 4 years' experience developing, implementing, and administering SailPoint in an enterprise environment.



These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • SailPoint certification: SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Development Engineer.
  • Experience with SailPoint automated workflows for provisioning and de-provisioning, governance and compliance, auditing, reporting and analytics
  • Experience developing custom connectors
  • Experience with Splunk development, and ITSM integrations like Service Now.
  • Experience as an enterprise database administrator (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, Mongo DB, etc.)
  • Experience with other PRIV/PAM/IAM solutions (CA-PAM, Centrify, Okta, Oracle Identity Management, Microsoft Identity Management)
  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows and Unix), security and network technologies
  • Cloud Platform experience (AWS, Azure)
  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect, experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools, including Junit, Selenium, GitLab, Jenkins, JFrog, Jira, or Confluence

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $101,800-$218,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
