Who you are:

As a SaaS Administrator I, you will manage our SaaS Platform administration. You will have a heavy focus on Slack Enterprise administration, including the design, management, care maintenance, best practices for users, and training. You will provide end-user support for all technical solutions managed by Technical Operations and enable fellow Rocketeers to do the best work of their lives.

What you will do:

• Deploy Slack Enterprise Grid under guidance from Technology Operations Manager and SVP of Technology
• Administer Slack Enterprise implementation, working with external partners across Ogilvy Experience organizations
• Respond to support and access requests for Slack channels, Slack client guest accounts, and Slack integrations
• Collaborate with project teams around the globe to administer Slack Enterprise Grid instances
• Manage SaaS user account (employee and client) life cycle: create, assign, terminate, and remove user accounts and user access from IT systems and SaaS tools

What you bring to the position:

• Minimum 3 years’ SaaS platform management
• Minimum 1 year Slack administration experience
• Fundamental understanding of DevOps and Security best practices
• Solid working knowledge of IP networks, Mac OS systems, layered permissions models, and authentication methods

Bonus Points:

• Slack Admin Certification
• Experience in developing Slack bots
• Experience managing users and devices at scale
• Knowledge of or familiarity with one or more scripting languages
