About the team:
The Automation Innovation team is responsible for development and implementation of automation standards, process, tools, methodologies and best practices for improving the quality of applications and solutions for the Banking and Merchant Solutions domain. As a member of our Automation Innovation team, you will be responsible for architecting, solutioning and development of Intelligent Automation for internal Clients and Tech Next program by working closely with application architects, developers and business partners.
What you will be doing:

  • Work with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams to understand the business process and creating solutions for process improvements including Intelligent Automation design and development.
  • Be the voice for process improvements - identification, solutioning and delivery of RPA solutions.
  • Lead a team of RPA developers in design, development and delivery of automation solutions.
  • Help improving automation framework and code quality, re-usability and rapid development of automation solutions.
  • Actively collaborate with RPA team in building and deploying automation solutions rapidly.
  • Manage defect tracking, resolve assigned defects and support different tools/applications.
  • Investigate and develop skills in new tools and technologies.
  • Enhance existing features/components by identifying areas for modification and improvement.

What you bring:

  • At least 8 years professional experience in programming (including scripting / coding), SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with C# technologies with Web/Windows application development exposures (Mobile app development will be an added advantageous).
  • Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) desirable.
  • Work experience in Agile Development Environment and should be able to prepare Process Design Documents and Solution Design Documents.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to interact confidently, at all levels of management.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative and multi-cultural team / business environment.
  • Proficient in .NET Core.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining various automation frameworks like tool agnostic, page object model-based, hybrid, keyword-driven, etc.
