  • Coordinating with Process Integration, Operations and other Process Area teams
  • Driving cost reduction and process RPT improvements
  • Managing wafers though the dry etch area in support of special work requests (SWRs)
  • Supporting cross-functional failure analysis and yield improvement
  • Developing expertise in dry etch process and hardware technology
  • Serving as a resource for peers in dry etch process development and optimization

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proven experimental design, troubleshooting and data analysis skills
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office
  • Understanding of the principles of dry etch processing and hardware
  • Strong understanding of process control, feedback loops and SPC
  • An understanding of semiconductor process flow and integration as it relates to DRAM and NAND memory development
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques and scripting is highly preferred
  • Open to work off shift and weekends if necessary
  • Open to domestic and international travel
