As a Senior Quality Engineer, your job is to join in that mission, with a team of other tenacious engineers, to serve as a thought leader and innovator regarding large-scale testing impacts to ensure world-class performance and quality of our systems and solutions. Your goal is to operate independently to engineer automated testing solutions, leveraging appropriate technologies and frameworks, and minimize human interactions with the system to enable rapid delivery of solutions with the highest levels of quality. What You'll Do

• Coach and mentor junior Quality Engineers in software testing techniques, processes and new technologies; enabling others to succeed.
• Complete code reviews to provide feedback and ensure alignment with coding standards, approaches and defined best practices.
• Drive testing design and automation of complex features across multiple systems that improve our customers' and Partners' user experience.
• Understand and continuously improve the over-arching testing infrastructure for our high-performance systems, including Partner facing applications, customer facing sites and mobile applications.
• Develop automation framework(s) for microservices, APIs, REST and UI following guidelines, best practices, coding standards.
• Engage in and support the build and deployment pipeline for multiple environments, diagnosing and solving production support issues when needed.
• Engage in and define our overall testing coverage strategies, for multiple teams and applications, using consistent automated testing practices.
• Evaluate new and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition and determine if they could be incorporated into the team's architecture.
• Engage in and improve the software delivery lifecycle by evangelizing a test-driven approach to software engineering and incorporating automated test suite(s) into CI/CD pipelines.
