Job Description:
The Flagscape Mobile Application Development team are responsible for developing and running an employee application available on both IOS and Android, public and corporate environments. The application provides a corporate mobile service offering including information, news, health and self service opportunities to enable user experience and productivity. Approximately 200K employees leverage the application today, whether via their person phones or corporate, and the opportunities to deliver a positive and exciting impact on daily activities are our top priority.
Required Skills:
We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Specialist who Develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions. Competent to work under supervision on simpler applications coding from documented logic. Other responsibilities include but not limited to:• -Follows established written procedures, guidelines and techniques, develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions.
• -Individual contributor role: fully competent to work under general direction on the most complex projects, often on multiple phases, and seeks guidance and direction from more senior associates or manager, as needed.• -Expected to further build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise.
Required Skills:
• At least 5+ years' experience in quality assurance role.
• Plans and executes relevant testing and validates of the existing and newly designed process, service, product, or solution
• Validates that the service acceptance criteria have been met before the changes are put into operation/production.
• Coordinate the final testing including user acceptance testing
• Knowledge of System Design and Architecture
• Demonstrated interest in technology, technology-related issues, and analytical analysis
• High performance and standards as demonstrated by academic or previous job experience
• Effective collaborator with both non-technical and technical team members
• Motivated self-starter with a high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Desired Skills:
• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related discipline desired but not required.• ITIL process knowledge• Experience of working within a large organization or financial services company
