Job Description Quality Engineer - Integrated system testing lead and test automation support
As a member of the end to end testing team you'll drive quality into Contact Center Voice (Praesto) product by participating in all aspects of the software quality assurance process for the Omni Channel Customer / Contact center technology used by all major businesses across the firm.
Requirements

• BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Contact center technology - strong business and technical domain knowledge
• Experience with Cucumber, Selenium, Hammer and LeanFT tools is preferred
• Knowledge of behavior driven design (BDD) principles
• Experience with test impact assessment, test design, test execution and defect management
• Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
• Experience with Atlassian Tool set - JIRA, CI, Jules, Jenkins and test reporting tool
• Experience with Agile Development with SCRUM or similar methodologies, Ability to work in a DevOps environment
• Knowledge of and experience with application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines, end to end architecture/design review
• Understanding of Omni channel Customer Experience /Contact center concepts is desirable
• Strong written and spoken communications skills
• Passionate about building an innovative culture
• Hard working, self-learner having a proactive approach and a with a positive can-do attitude.
• Able to be independent, self-motivated, hungry to learn and perform in a highly demanding, technically challenging, quality focused and time critical environment
