We're seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.
As a member of our Quality Assurance team, you'll help us develop software solutions and services that expand the ways in which new materials and pharmaceuticals are designed. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with leading scientists, researchers, and software developers in a fun and flexible working environment.

What you'll do:

  • Perform end-user testing of internally developed software to ensure the highest level of quality
  • Design, develop, and maintain GUI and back-end automated tests
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled programmers and scientists to plan testing strategies for new software features


What you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Biology, Chemical engineering, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and MacOS
  • Knowledge of Bash commands


We'd prefer to hire someone who has:

  • Programming proficiency, especially Python
  • Familiarity with GUI and back-end automated testing, especially Squish
  • Experience with computational chemistry software
  • Understanding of software development cycles and Agile practices
  • One to two years of relevant professional experience

Additional Perks + Benefits

In addition to our regular paid time off, we also offer a week off during the last week of December. The past three years, in recognition of our employees' incredible efforts, we also offered a week off in August as "Project R&R." Post-COVID, we've offered employees the ability to work remotely, put together weekly wellness programs (HIIT, yoga, Pilates, and more), and have truly considered some employees may need extra flexibility in their work hours.
