What You'll Be Doing - Quality Assurance Analyst:
We are looking to add a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing engineering team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for driving customer confidence by assuring the quality of BigTime's current and future products. You will work side-by-side with our development teams in a true agile environment, developing and executing test plans, ensuring high quality web and mobile experiences, validating business objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Who You Are:
- 1-3 years experience in QA Role
- Experience in Agile environment
- Web application testing experience
- Experience with test management and bug reporting tools (e.g. Jira)
- Strong problem solving skills, Work Independently as well as Strong teamwork and partnering skills for cross-group collaboration
- Strong verbal and written communications skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Nice-to-have: Working knowledge of SQL, Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Must be willing and able to be in the downtown Chicago or Phoenix office between 1-3 times per week
- Create thorough and organized documentation for test cases by clearly articulating test objectives, steps, and expected results
- Write, debug, and maintain test scripts
- Collaborate directly with product managers, and software engineers to understand system requirements, use cases, and performance considerations
- Define, develop, implement, and refine quality assurance practices and procedures
- Work with the support organization and engineering team members in root cause analysis on complex defects to ensure causes are being addressed and fixed or mitigated against future occurrences in production.
- Perform Feature, smoke, sanity, usability, regression testing, functional, non-functional testing
- Work with QA team members to communicate unacceptable risks to quality
