As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About The Team
We are the FIS Professional Services Quality Management Team.

  • We play a key role in ensuring quality in our Products and our Clients' satisfaction.
  • Our focus is on delivering high-quality services each time, every time.
  • We offer a broad range of services integrated throughout the SDLC process.
  • We work very closely with Business Consultants, Project and Program Managers, Solution Architects, and the Conversion and Implementation teams.
  • We also collaborate with multiple development organizations within FIS.
  • We have built full core conversion/migration software, streamlined request ticket services and communications, and built efficiencies designed to improve the experiences for our internal partners and some of the largest clients at FIS. We work with RPA solutions as well as other more traditional automation tools.


What You Will Be Doing
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will:

  • Assist Solution Architects to develop robust requirements and user stories that can be easily translated into testing scenarios and confirm strong working knowledge of project objectives
  • Meet with Solution Architects and other Quality Managers to scope project testing needs
  • Assist clients in preparing for their testing needs in the form of a Quality Plan
  • Act as the liaison between our internal suppliers and the client for all quality and project-related issues
  • Lead the defect management process, communicating with the client and our internal teams
  • Occasionally conduct hands-on testing of project scenarios, defining defects, and utilizing known defects to determine the need for extended testing scenarios


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Added Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management
  • Software Testing experience
  • Banking experience and/or banking product knowledge (Loans, Deposits, etc)
  • Programming skills, Computer Science or Engineering degree
  • Automation knowledge, building/running automation scripts
  • Knowledge or familiarity with FIS products (IBS, Code Connect, etc.)
  • Client facing experience, customer support, sales experience
