• Build, motivate and manage a team of QA Engineers

• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities to ensure product compliance with requirements and standards

• Coordinate internal and external releases, understanding dependencies between the different projects to ensure proper release management

• Review and approve software design specifications and acceptance criteria

• Develop and execute software test plans

• Coordinate automation efforts to improve team efficiency and align with product priorities

• Define quality standards and metrics for the current project/product

• Implement strategies for quality management and testing

• Suggest solutions to identified product or process problems

• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution

• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement

• Collect quality data and track defects through resolution

• 5+ years working in Software Development
• Page Object Model (POM) Kobiton, JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, Github
• BDD, Selenium Webdriver AND/OR Appium
• Backend testing (API) (JSON/HTTP verb/auth methods etc.)
• GIT basic (git clone, git branch, git checkout etc.)
• Scripting language like Javascript/Python/PERL
