QA Manager
LivePerson is seeking a leader to up-level our software QA efforts within one of the company's most critical and fastest growing projects. Your job will be to make sure we ship quality products and that teams are following proper process and procedure concerning testing and deployments.

In this role you will:
- Be highly process driven, improving on our existing QA processes and doubling down on areas of automation, documentation and collaboration.
- Be comfortable leading others - initially a team of two with plans to grow. The candidate should be comfortable helping to interview new QA engineers as we look to expand.
- Be well versed in QA best practices and be a thought leader in improving our overall QA strategy
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to review requirements, specifications and technical design documents and to work with QA team on developing and executing test plan
- Have a proven track record managing software QA in fast paced and action oriented companies
- Be comfortable being hands on
Your qualifications are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing QA Engineers and/or SDET
- Experience in test automation, automation tools and test frameworks
- 3+ years of experience working with and testing mobile native apps (Android and iOS)
- 3+ years working with software development teams, either in QA individual contributor role or QA manager role
- Experience working in Jira and/or Confluence - Advantage
- Experience working with Agile/SCRUM methodologies - Advantage.
