As a Quality Assurance professional at JPMorgan Chase, within the (Corporate Sector, Enterprise Tech) team you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.
Job responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the business process and execute test plans that align with the business process and system workflow.
  • Analyze and understand existing automation framework.
  • Upgrade/create new reusable test framework using Java, Cucumber, Selenium as per functional requirements.
  • Carry out functional and regression testing.
  • Partner with business and technology to enhance automated testing capabilities.
  • Lead complete STLC process with deliverable on time within excellent quality.
  • Review and evaluate manual user acceptances tests and work across team to provide automated solutions.
  • Test Analysis, Planning, Execution and Reporting.
  • Manage/organizing Test artifacts for each Product testing Iteration.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Proven ability to write automated tests.
  • Detailed understanding of common defect and data management tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of software lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile, and test automation strategies.
  • Experience working effectively with teams and stakeholders to develop relationships and achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in a business function and some understanding of the broader business context.
  • 5+ years of applied experience in IT with Product Development Based Organizations preferably.
  • Experience working in Agile Teams and respond to changes.
  • Experience testing the 3rd party products.
  • Experience with USU Software Asset Management - SmartTrack.
  • Experience working with Flexera Data Platform.
  • Experience in ServiceNow.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Evaluate Industry standard Automation Framework Tools and align to product functional testing.
  • Develop/manage Test Automation Framework and educate broader organization.
  • Excellent time management and Organization skills.
  • Proficiency in a business function and some understanding of the broader business context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to pay attention to small details.
  • Understands the Product Functional knowledge and advises team on Functional Impact.
  • Helps drive Product Refinement conversations with Product Owner and Team.
